These terms govern the use of this site and the purchase of Openauto Academy’s training program. By using the site or completing the form, you accept these conditions.

1. The program

Openauto Academy offers a bundle of online, recorded courses on ECU programming and chiptuning, with downloadable material and group mentorships. Access to the material is valid for 2 years from enrollment.

2. Booking and free session

The site form lets you book a free informational session. Booking does not imply an obligation to purchase; the price and plan are agreed in that session.

3. Guarantee and refunds

The program has a 14-day guarantee: if within that period it’s not for you, we refund 100% of the amount paid. After that period no refunds are made.

4. Use of content

All material (videos, slides, files and templates) is property of Openauto and is provided for your personal learning use. Reselling, redistributing or sharing it with third parties is not allowed.

5. Results

Results depend on each student’s dedication and context. The cases and testimonials shown are real but do not constitute a guarantee of specific results.

6. Liability

ECU reprogramming must be performed in accordance with each country’s regulations. Openauto is not responsible for the misuse of the techniques taught.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Chile.
